Welcome to Rover 75 and MG ZT Online.

You have reached the Rover 75 and MG ZT Online blog.

You may have seen this information before, but not necessarily conveyed in this way, the blog is optimised for both mobile and tablet devices therefore you are able to get involved at home and on the move.

The blog is here to tell you how the Rover 75 range was developed under the wing of the BMW Group and how the sale of the Rover Group to the Phoenix Consortium made way for the MG 'Z' range, and why the range was facelifted in 2004. Many enthusiasts will already know this information but this blog offers information which is conveyed in a different manor.

Comment on pictures and articles get involved in the blog, tell us your stories and experiences relating to anything MG or Rover, ask questions and hopefully you will find this a handy tool and a social hub as part of owning a MG or Rover.

Recommend and share the blog to anyone who will find reading it beneficial, interesting or to someone who may not have ever experienced a 75 or ZT before, maybe looking back in retrospect may change their perceptions on one of Britain's best cars.

    1. The E36 is a great car, it provided the forerunner for the excellent E46. The Rover 75 has a lot in common with the E46. Thank you for your comment Krystian.

  2. Great Blog! I can't wait to see it expand. Personally I think you should begin to diversify and maybe review more of the MG Rover line, for example the MG ZR.

    1. Thank you Mr Smith! I am a great fan of the MG marque and it certainly helped the MG Rover Group stay alive for that little bit longer. Stay tuned and check back often for updates Eamonn, I am not ruling out pages dedicated to the other Rover and MG cars.

  4. Great blog Jacques! I've always been a fan of the Rover 75 and MG ZT! It would be cool if you could feature a bit on other cars that were in the MG Rover line e.g. the MG ZR or Rover 25.

    1. That would be a viable road to take Chris and once the blog has progressed and grown then the full range of Rovers will be featured on this website. Cars seen in the 1986 to 2005 timeline will be all featured, thank you for your positive comments Chris!
